REFUND POLICY
Once a purchase has been made it is final.
Tickets are non-refundable on the basis of 'change of mind'.
Refunds will only be valid if:

The event is CANCELLED by the promoter.

The event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, and ticket holder(s) can not attend the new event date.

REQUESTING A REFUND OR CREDIT FOR REASONS ABOVE.

CANCELLATION: If an event is cancelled by promoter, the ticket holder(s) will be notified via email, at which time they will have the choice of a refund (less processing fees)

POSTPONEMENT: If an event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the ticket holder(s) will be notified via email, at which time they will have the choice to keep their original tickets for the new event date or request a refund (less processing fees). Refund request expires 14 days of original notice.
