THIS EVENT REQUIRES ALL PATRONS TO BE SEATED AT TABLES

The information below is so we can seat you at the same table as friends or family.
We understand group bookings may not have taken place, so this helps us seat you with the people you want to be with, rather than being scattered throughout the room.

If you have purchased tickets separately please fill out this form so we can seat you with the other bookings, otherwise you will be seated as per your individual ticket transaction. (Ie purchased 2x tickets - table of 2, purchased 3x tickets - table of 3, etc)
ONLY ONE PERSON PER TABLE IS REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THIS FORM.
You will be directed to your table upon entry.

and there will strictly be NO DANCING
(in compliance with SA COVID-19 rules and regulations).
